If you create an account, we collect account credentials and profile information needed to authenticate you and store saved scenarios. Payment processing for Pro subscriptions is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on MuneyWise servers.
We may collect usage information such as pages visited, calculator inputs stored in your account, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Calculator use without an account may rely on local browser storage on your device.
How we use information
We use information to provide calculators, saved scenarios, market features, professional workspace tools, customer support, security monitoring, and product improvements. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
We share data with service providers that help us host the application, authenticate users, process payments, and deliver email — only as needed to operate MuneyWise. Professional client-sharing features transmit only the content you explicitly choose to share via secure links.
We retain account and scenario data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for backups, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may access, update, or delete saved scenarios through your account where available. You may contact us to request account deletion. Some local calculator data may remain in your browser until you clear site storage.
